At K-Pop Time, we want you to be thrilled with your collection, so we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that albums must remain sealed with all original inclusions to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unopened, and that you have the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our fan support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage to the album corners or posters during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
